About

Understand. Heal. Grow. We Can Do This Together.

Brian Goldstein, M.A., LMFT, specializes in treating complex trauma and developmental injury and working with how trauma is stored in the body and healed using a bottom-up, body-centered approach. Brian has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with trauma, attachment wounding, addictions, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions. Brian is incredibly passionate about helping clients discover new things about themselves and move toward an embodied and authentic life. Brian's research has primarily focused on investigating the impact of trauma on those diagnosed with personality disorders. “Across my work in residential, outpatient, and private practice settings, I work with clients in an individualized, trauma-informed approach. I am committed to bringing compassion and attunement to foster my client’s sense of safety. I meet clients where they are and facilitate a pace of the work that supports healing and integration.”
